Meyer
Boake has
been
selected
as the
recipient
of
the American
Institute
of
Steel
Construction's 2015
Educator
Special
Achievement
Award.
This
honour
recognizes individuals
who
have
demonstrated
notable
singular
or
multiple
achievements
in
the
structural
steel
design,
construction,
research
or
education.
The
award
will
be
presented
to
Boake
in
March
at
NASCC:
The
Steel
Conference
to
be
held
in
Nashville,
TN.
Meyer
Boake,
whose
teaching
and
research
interests
include
steel
construction,
has
written
books
on
the
subject
including Understanding
Steel
Design:
An
Architectural
Design
Manual.
