Incidents and emergencies

It is important that every member of University of Waterloo community understands what to do and whom to contact in the event of an emergency. Information on university-wide procedures is presented here in this section of the Safety Office website. Choose a topic below for more information. 


Individual faculties/departments and shops, studios, and laboratories

These groups must also have their own emergency procedures in place that are specific to their work/study areas and ensure that University employees and students know and understand these procedures. Information regarding these specific procedures can be obtained from your supervisor or instructor.
