Future students are invited to join us for a Waterloo Admissions Webinar to ask questions and learn everything you need to know about the application process for the School of Architecture at the University of Waterloo!

What does it really mean to be a smart city or healthy city and are we even close to living sustainably in urban environments? Will the pandemic and rise of working from home affect how we design city life and civic spaces now and in the future? What does an age-friendly city look like over the next couple of decades? These timely questions and more will be addressed by a panel of alumni and academia experts as we examine where architecture and city design are headed in light of a great social upheaval. 

Against all odds, hundreds of millions of effective COVID-19 vaccines are now being shipped worldwide. The next enormous challenge on par with the development of these vaccines is the supply chain logistics required to get the many millions of doses from the factory to the billions of people who need it – safely and in a timely matter.  

Future undergraduate engineering students are invited to join us for a special webinar for students interested in Chemical or Nanotechnology Engineering. You will hear directly from current students, alumni, and professors to learn more about these programs, career opportunities, and the ways chemical and nanotechnology engineers are helping to solve the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the 19-20th November, 2020, the Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN) will host the “International Workshop on Nanotechnology for a Sustainable Future”.

This one-hour online webinar info session will focus on application and admission for international students. International academic equivalencies and English Language Proficiency (ELP) will be discussed in detail.

The Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET) is a graduate entrepreneurship masters program that combines interdisciplinary courses with practical experiences in venture creation and commercialization. In MBET, students learn inside and outside the classroom. Networking, practical experience, and hands-on learning with like-minded people in the Waterloo entrepreneurship community that complement the core Masters-level courses inside the classroom.

Future undergraduate engineering students are invited to join us for an admissions-focused webinar that will focus on the admissions process and cover topics like how to apply, tips for your Admissions Information Form (AIF) and more!

Our panellists will include our Director/Associate Director of Admissions as well as current students who successfully went through the process themselves.
