The 2014 Toyota Electric Vehicle Challenge demands high school students design and build their own electric car. Teams will compete in both 12 and 24 volt race and will participate in a design contest to prove their engineering know-how. Two Waterloo Engineering grads have won prestigious EY Ontario Entrepreneur Of the Year awards for their individual contributions and spirit of entrepreneurship.
