The University of Waterloo is proud to host the FIRST LEGO League West Ontario Provincials on Sunday, January 28th 2018. Regional tournaments were held in November and December of 2017, with over 40 teams of students aged 9-14 from 80 countries made a splash with HYDRO DYNAMICS qualifying for this event. This year's challenge is each team identified a problem within the human water cycle; created an innovative solution to that problem; and shared their solution with others.
Winners will compete at the World Championships in Houston, Texas April 18th -21st 2018 or in Detroit, Michigan April 25th – 28th 2018.
Visit the official website for more information on FIRST LEGO League.
