Seven projects by Faculty of Engineering researchers were awarded funding by the Graham Seed Fund (GSF).
The University of Waterloo’s Health Initiatives team introduced the GSF to support innovative health-care solutions tackling global challenges. GSF encourages interdisciplinary collaboration between Waterloo researchers and health providers to develop impactful technologies.
Aligned with Global Futures, Waterloo researchers address health challenges through partnerships with local hospitals, industry and international organizations. This round of GSF focuses on partnerships with Grand River Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, and KW4 Ontario Health Team (KW4OHT), reflecting Waterloo's commitment to the community.
