The purpose of the ConradGames in Engineering is to simply engage and encourage Undergraduate Engineering Students in Entrepreneurship and Innovation mindsets.

As part of the Water Institute's WaterTalks lecture series, Lovell Endowed Professor Ximing Cai from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, will be presenting, "Modelling River Basins as Coupled Human and Natural Systems."

As part of the Water Institute's WaterTalks lecture series, Curtis Richardson, professor of Resource Ecology and Director of the Duke University Wetland Center, presents, "Decoding the Secrets of Carbon Preservation in Peatlands along a Boreal to Tropical Gradient from Minnesota to Peru."

Invited teams of Engineering students will be competing for a surprise Challenge Game theme when they arrive at QNC-1507, for half-hour to earn House (Engineering Departments) points, for the Spring 2018 season (there are four Thursdays scheduled over lunch hour this Spring season).
