The University of Waterloo will be hosting an official kickoff event on January 3rd, 2015. Teams will gather at the University of Waterloo's Engineering 5 building to watch the webcast, meet with other teams, and pick up their kit of parts.

All girls are invited to join WiE for a mentorship breakfast and hands-on activity from 9:00-10:00am.

It was an action packed afternoon as fifteen Capstone Design team finalists pitched their projects to win over $60,000 in awards!

On April 4, Waterloo Engineering hosted the first annual Norman Esch Entrepreneurship Awards for Capstone Design, culminating two weeks of extraordinary student innovation at the 2014 Capstone Design Symposia.

All Mechatronics Engineering alumni are invited to the AllSpark - Mechatronics Convention to connect with current students as well as fellow Mechatronics classmates. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet the rest of the Tron family as you see demos of cool technology projects and hear amazing stories from a selection of speakers.  The Mechatronics 2014 graduating class will display their 4th year design projects and a number alumni will provide product demonstrations.
