MTS Alumni Reunion

We are looking forward to welcoming Theological Studies graduates back to Grebel for a special MTS alumni reunion on June 17, 2022. 

The evening will include a light reception on the newly renovated Grebel patio, a short program, and time to socialize.

Artist Talk: “On the Land”

Bangishimo is an IndigiQueer Anishinaabe photographer originally from Couchiching First Nations. They are a community organizer for Idle No More and co-founder of O:se Kenhionhata:tie, also known as Land Back Camp.

Bangishimo will be sharing their journey into the world of photography, how they created "On the Land" and some of the projects they are currently working on.

Grebel Alumni Reunion- Winnipeg

We are inviting Grebel alumni and friends from Manitoba to join us at Brazen Hall Fort Rouge in Winnipeg for snacks and an afternoon beverage.  Fred W. Martin will be there with some Grebel SWAG and an update on life at Grebel. Lots has changed since you've been on campus and it's always nice to connect in person. You may be interested to see who else from Grebel is living in Manitoba.

Out of Darkness: University Choir end of term Concert

The University Choir performs an eclectic range of music from around the world.  Directed by Liska Jetchick, the choir consists of students and alumni from all six faculties. This Spring term they will perform Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, composed in 1965.

Please join us for the Spring Term orchestra@uwaterloo concert.  Directed by Daniel Warren, this orchestra includes students from across the University in all 6 Faculties.

Join us for an engaging jazz concert in July.  Directed by Michael Wood, the Jazz Ensemble has members from all 6 Faculties, particularly Mathematics. This term they will be featuring the music of Mike Tomaro …  Neal Hefti  … Dave Wolpe & Rob McConnell.

OMMC End of Camp Concert

Would your musical 13 to 18 year be interested in coming to the Ontario Mennonite Music camp next August?  Find out by checking out the 2022 OMMC final concert, at Trillium Lutheran Church.  Come support campers as they share music learned during their two weeks of camp at Conrad Grebel University College. Performances range from piano duets to orchestra pieces to a short all-camp musical. We hope to see you there! Free admission.
