Abstract

How do we know what our students know? What they don’t know? What and how much they’ve learned? How do we know if our teaching has had an impact on students’ learning?

Thoughtfully designed assessment practices can provide both a window into the diverse ways in which course content is understood (and misunderstood) by our students and a guide for future teaching decisions.

These drop-in sessions are designed to help you reduce stress and learn ways to find balance and well-being. Learn to balance your stress naturally through a brief combination of evidence based techniques such as,  mindful meditation, progressive relaxation, visualization and restorative yoga postures. 

Engineering Counselling offers individual counselling to registered students. This service is confidential and voluntary.
