Each week facilitators will introduce you to stress management practices to help you find relief from stress. These practices will be something you can learn to do yourself to prevent and reduce negative impact of stress. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a note pad and pen.

She has over 8 years of experience with testing and certification of building and construction products. She is the Business Development manager for Uponor Central Canada, and is responsible for educating the marketplace regarding the basic and complex properties of PEX-a in various commercial and residential construction applications.
