We are hosting a networking event on our premises for final year engineering students to see our shop floor, pizza lunch, networking with ATS engineering managers and recruiters, as well as participate in an engineering problem solving activity which includes a prize. We are also providing bus pick up and drop off from the school to ATS office and back to campus.

Waterloo Engineering students and alumni are invited to participate in an exclusive in-person workshop with Waterloo Engineering alumnus Ron Ojanpera (BASc 1969, mechanical engineering). The “Working the Room” workshop is based on 50 years of Ron’s personal business experience.  

Are you planning to graduate between now and December 2026? Are you looking for a Summer or Fall 2025 co-op position or a full-time role? Then these recruitment sessions are for you!

This visit will include engineers from Tesla focused on Tesla Bot (Optimus) Firmware, Autopilot/Bot Tooling and Integration, and Bot Controls. There will also be refreshments available along with recruitment specialists from Tesla to chat with about potential positions.

their ideas, looking for feedback, and building community. It's a can't-miss
