In fall 2018, the Archives Gallery will again be a display location for "The World Remembers." Every day from September 12-November 11, 2018 the names of 1,033,167 soldiers and nurses on all sides of the First World War who lost their lives from 1918-1922 will be displayed at more than 60 locations around the world.
The commemoration is a unique expression of remembrance, reconciliation and education, and shows the enormous human cost of the war. The display will be accessible during the following times. Please note there is no Sunday access.
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The Mennonite Archives of Ontario Gallery is on the 3rd floor of the Academic Building, Conrad Grebel University College. The Gallery is also the location of the exhibit “Sites of Nonresistance: Ontario Mennonites and the First World War.”
