To ensure smooth promotion of your event, fill out this form in full and submit it to the Grebel communications office. Costs of many of these options will be charged to your department: printing costs, ad placement costs, mailing charges, poster run. Printing takes 1-2 weeks, design takes 1-2 weeks, mailing takes 1 week, poster runs must be booked far in advance - plan your promotional needs as early as possible.
