These drop-in sessions are designed to help you reduce stress and learn ways to find balance and well-being. Learn to balance your stress naturally through a brief combination of evidence based techniques such as,  mindful meditation, progressive relaxation, visualization and restorative yoga postures. 


Engineering Counselling offers individual counselling to registered students. This service is confidential and voluntary.
