5:00-7:00 PM - Family Garden Party
Come and celebrate the launch of the 2019 Gardener-in-Residence program. Bring your own picnic and blanket/chairs, and enjoy fun kids' outdoor activities and crafts, such as insect scavenger hunts and plant drawings. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
6:00-9:00 PM - Museum Open House
Enjoy a guided historical tour of the authentic 1850's Pennsylvania German Mennonite farmhouse. FREE museum admission. Donations welcome.
10:00 PM - Fireworks
Stay for a spectacular fireworks display over Columbia Lake! Please note that this is the final year for UWaterloo's Canada Day fireworks, and there are no other activities, food trucks, or performances being organized by UWaterloo this year.
Limited free parking available nearby in Brubacher House and OpenText lots. Walking/biking/riding public transit is encouraged.
