Fillm screening and post-film discussion
Peace by Chocolate is an award-winning film that focuses on a Syrian refugee family, as they adapt to a new life in Nova Scotia, Canada, while rebuilding their family chocolate business. The screening will be hosted by the PACS 325: Refugees and Forced Migration class in the Conrad Grebel Great Hall (Room 1111), and will be followed by a post-film discussion in which audience members are welcome to share their thoughts regarding the film.

Seating is limited to 200, so arrive early to secure your spot! Donations are being accepted with proceeds going towards local refugee organizations: Compass Refugee Centre, Reception House, and Mennonite Central Committee.
