Out of Darkness: University Choir end of term Concert

The University Choir performs an eclectic range of music from around the world.  Directed by Liska Jetchick, the choir consists of students and alumni from all six faculties. This Spring term they will perform Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, composed in 1965.

Mediterranean Memories: Orchestra@UWaterloo End of Term Concert

Please join us for the Spring Term orchestra@uwaterloo concert.  Directed by Daniel Warren, this orchestra includes students from across the University in all 6 Faculties.

Summer Breeze: Jazz Ensemble

Join us for an engaging jazz concert in July.  Directed by Michael Wood, the Jazz Ensemble has members from all 6 Faculties, particularly Mathematics. This term they will be featuring the music of Mike Tomaro …  Neal Hefti  … Dave Wolpe & Rob McConnell.

Tickets will be available at the door, or from Jazz Ensemble members.

Peace Week

On September 21, 2014, the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement opened its doors for the first time in celebration of the International Day of Peace. Since then, the Centre has hosted Peace Week to celebrate and promote the pursuit of peace and justice in our community and around the world.

AGM and Strategic Plan Launch

You're invited to join the Board of Governors for Grebel's Annual Meeting (and dessert!) on Tuesday, October 4 from 7:30 to 9:00 PM in Grebel's new dining room. You'll learn about the last year at Grebel and look to the future with the launch of a new three-year Strategic Plan. This meeting is open to anyone who is interested in the life and work of the College.

Join us for our launch of Richard Lougheed's book, Menno's Descendant in Québec, following a meeting of the Mennonite Historical Society of Ontario. You are warmly welcomed to attend this meeting, starting at 1:30, or arrive in time for the launch itself at 2:00. A light reception will follow.
