Grad Send Off

This will soon be you!

Soon you will be receiving your degree from the University of Waterloo. This makes you alumni of both Waterloo AND Conrad Grebel University College. We have an active alumni committee that plans reunions and events, and also helps connect with former students through Grebel NOW.

The alumni committee wants to welcome you with a Grad Send-Off Event to hear more about the benefits of being an alumni of Waterloo and Grebel. Alumni also play a significant role in supporting Grebel with charitable gifts that are used for enhancing our programs, helping students with scholarships and awards, and for growing the College through building projects.

This in-person event will take place on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Grebel Dining Room. Your invitation will be sent from Alison Enns on March 18th. The RSVP deadline is April 1st. Your grad reps are Devin Blankespoor and Sarah Driediger.

Dear Graduating Class of 2024!

Congratulations, we are nearing the end of our final term of undergrad! Our graduating class has had a difficult journey through university, faced with the challenges of a global pandemic, online learning, and Grebel construction projects. Despite the challenges, we have persevered and put in many hours of hard work, which is about to pay off as we graduate and embark on new and exciting adventures.

To celebrate all your wonderful accomplishments, we would like to invite you to the Grebel Grad Dessert Night! This will be an opportunity to connect with other Grebelites, staff, and faculty, and to celebrate with one another. The evening will feature some of our favourite Grebel desserts (cinnamon buns and Grebel cookies!)

We have included a link to a form where you can upload some pictures and memories (which may be shared on a slideshow during the evening).
