Guest speaker: Alan K. Sapp
Title: The Dramatic Arts and Christian Formation
Description: The dramatic arts can foster a unique kind of trailblazing within our churches and church institutions. How then do drama teachers and drama students contribute within the life of faith? How does the work of the stage relate to the project of Christian formation? Alan K. Sapp describes his lifelong love of theatre, and how the drama classroom becomes a place for creative experimentation and empowerment. A short sketch with several alumni of Rockway Mennonite Collegiate will be included in his presentation.
Ticket information will soon be available on the MCEC website
