The Mathematics Tutoring Centre offers support virtually and in-person each term beginning the second week of classes until the exam period.
With a team of undergraduate and graduate students, we focus on 'students helping students': a goal to help each other succeed in academia. We encourage all students to join us in this opportunity to provide extended learning!
The Tutoring Centre is a free service for Waterloo students and will provide help in the following courses:

In-person Tutoring
Students in need of in-person tutoring are now able to use the in-person tutoring Centre in MC 3022 on weekdays from 9am to 8pm EDT (excluding public holidays) starting the second week of classes and going until the start of the exam period each term.
Virtual Tutoring
The Tutoring Centre will be running online by appointment via Microsoft Teams to provide students with help to succeed in first- and second-year core mathematics courses.
The virtual tutoring centre will be available Monday through Friday 3pm to 7pm EDT (excluding public holidays) starting the second week of classes and going until the start of the exam period each term.
