Strategic goal:
Offer leading-edge, dynamic academic programs
To achieve this goal, we aim to:

Establish
a
regular
process
for
review
of
existing
academic
programs
by:
- tasking the Associate Deans to develop an implementation plan linked to the Senate-led review cycle

Provide
support
for
the
development
and
renewal
of
academic
programs
by:
- increasing the transparency of budgetary processes for developing programs
- establishing ongoing environmental scanning and review processes to facilitate the early identification of and appropriate support for program development opportunities

Establish
a
plan
and
processes
to
support
the
development
of
online
education
materials
by:
- developing a new teaching credit structure to support faculty developing online course materials
- collaborating with the Centre for Extended Learning to support the development of online learning materials
