To achieve this goal, we aim to:

Recruit
the
best
students
world-wide
by:
- continuing our diversification efforts
- providing increased support and coordination to faculty travelling abroad so that they can contribute to international outreach and recruitment activities
- continuing to work with CEMC to expand outreach

Improve
international
student
support
and
their
socio-cultural
experience
by:
- hiring or training staff to specialize in international student issues
- more effectively leveraging and communicating Student Success Office and counselling resources and associated services
- actively leveraging community support services and resources
- regularly reviewing and updating English language competency strategies
