Deanne joined UWaterloo’s first spin-off, WATCOM, as a co-op student and launched her career in the software industry that has ranged from successful startups to leading global software providers. She has enjoyed a broad range of experience on the management teams of software enterprises enabling her to advance extensive innovations from technical support to technology marketing to senior management in companies such as Powersoft, Sybase and Siebel Systems.
Deanne is now senior vice president of Bycast Inc., the innovator of reliable fixed-content grid-storage software, used in healthcare and packaged by IBM and Hewlett Packard (HP) in medical imaging systems.
