Math Wellness BINGO

It’s easy! Start by downloading this month’s Wellness BINGO card from our website. Review all the activities that are provided within the 24 boxes (the 25^th box is a Free Space). Find a set of 5-boxes in any row, column, or diagonal sequence that you are able to complete throughout the month and set out to do them by the last day of that month. Submit your completed card on our website by filling out our Math Wellness BINGO Form and we will enter you into our monthly draw! Each completed line or square gets you an entry for the draw. 

EXAMPLE

Monthly Draws: Eligible Math Wellness BINGO card submissions made by member of the Faculty of Mathematics will be entered into a monthly draw for a chance to win a monthly prize.  Monthly draws will be held on the 1^st business day of the following month (e.g., November’s monthly draw will be held on Friday December 1, 2023).

January's Prize:  $50 Gift card to Kinton Ramen

Next Monthly Draw: Thursday February 1, 2024

Please note: All draw winners will be required to complete a University of Waterloo Gift Reporting Form, which will be provided to you by the program administrator if your name is drawn in one of our monthly or termly draws.

All submissions must be made prior to 11:59pm on the day before the draw through our website by filling out our Math Wellness BINGO Form. Once you submit your card it will be reviewed and verified. Each completed line or square gets you an entry for the draw.  

To be eligible for the draw:

1. The Math Wellness BINGO card submission must be made by a member of the Faculty of Mathematics (undergraduate student, graduate student, faculty member, staff, or post-doc).
2. The Math Wellness BINGO card submission must be complete.
